Barclay+Phillips is a RIBA Chartered Practice, established in 1986, located just outside Salisbury.

Having operated for over 30 years our experience is wide ranging + includes designing for commercial projects, residential of varying scales, urban design + a strong skill set in creative reuse in conservation areas + listed buildings.

We are committed to social + humanistic values in our work, + have formed strong relationships with a variety of Planning Authorities, acquiring a reputation for gaining difficult planning permissions.

Whether it is to maximise an existing building’s potential, meeting your design aspirations whilst working to a budget or dealing with issues on site, we love a bit of problem solving! Through sketching, using BIM Modelling + our wide ranging experience, we are confident we are able to find a solution.
