The proposal on Watling Street Road includes the redevelopment of an overall site which contained a corner pub and carpark to the rear. The scheme aims to erect 4 and 5 storey blocks adjacent to a conservation area, contains 65 luxury apartments with ground floor retail and a shared parking zone.
