We had a successful end to the week last week having gained planning approval for 4 new dwellings on a site in Dinton, near Salisbury. The scheme is to replace an existing vacant bungalow on a very large plot to provide 4 new family homes.

Another successful end to the week with another planning approval! Clearbury View is located in the village of Redlynch, and proposes to split the existing large plot in half to form a new detached dwelling to the east of the existing property. Our client came to us following an earlier refusal on the site and we are really pleased to have been able to achieve a positive result!

The planning process was not easy, and the application was taken to committee twice, but last night at the Planning Control Committee the majority vote from the Councillors was to grant planning permission. After several long months we are excited to be able to now progress with the project!
