We recently received some updates from our site in Whynot Lane. We gained planning approval for the new detached family home in mid-2017, with the site later sold to a family who are now in the process of building their new home. It’s great to see the build progression and we can’t wait to get new updates!
We had a successful end to the week last week having gained planning approval for 4 new dwellings on a site in Dinton, near Salisbury. The scheme is to replace an existing vacant bungalow on a very large plot to provide 4 new family homes.
Ellengowan is a great example of how a bungalow can be transformed into an unrecognisable contemporary family home!
Would you believe that the existing footprint was entirely retained! A small extension to the front of the property created a new porch, with additional floor space gained by raising the roof to form a first floor. Our client project managed the build and we think she has done a great job!
See our project page for more photos!
A great end to the week with an early planning approval!
We are pleased to announce we have just gained planning approval for a new dwelling in Alderbury located just outside of the settlement boundary. The proposal is for a 3 bedroom detached chalet-style family home in the garden of the existing dwelling.
Another successful end to the week with another planning approval! Clearbury View is located in the village of Redlynch, and proposes to split the existing large plot in half to form a new detached dwelling to the east of the existing property. Our client came to us following an earlier refusal on the site and we are really pleased to have been able to achieve a positive result!
Before Christmas the steel frame for Yacht Haven was mostly complete. Our clients sent over this photo of the structure from the end of the site - we can’t wait to see more progress now the site is back open for 2018!
