Planning permission was granted at the Southern Area Planning Committee meeting last night for a 3 bed detached cottage in the village of Netton in Salisbury.
The application had previously been refused on the grounds of "impact on neighbors, inadequate turning for vehicles within the site and outside of the settlement boundary."
Along with our clients we re-designed the scheme which we believed overcome the reasons for refusal. Due to the site being outside the settlement boundary the application was referred to planning committee, with a recommendation for refusal. On the night sense prevailed and the committee voted to approve the application.
