Our Old Brewery site in Salisbury is coming along well, we had opportunity to pop into town last week to see how things are progressing. Demolition of existing poor quality outbuildings is complete and work has moved into the existing building with the internal fit out well underway, particularly in the new commercial units at ground floor. We can’t wait to see these spaces come to life - just look at those old beams!
Last week we were pleased to receive planning approval for our project in Nunton. The proposal is for a sensitive redevelopment and renovation of a 1960s bungalow to form a contemporary chalet style family home - we can’t wait to see this transformation begin!

We have been working with Bold Street Coffee for a while helping them plan out the full refurbishment of their original coffee shop. Alongside creating a larger interior on the entrance level, the new layout now enables the basement to be utilised as a space for additional seating, events, bar areas and a new working kitchen. Works are currently underway and we love seeing updates on their Instagram @boldstreetcoffee - we can’t wait to see it finished! Keep an eye out in the coming months for a finished photo update!
