Planning Approval for Clearbury View by Barclay Phillips

Another successful end to the week with another planning approval! Clearbury View is located in the village of Redlynch, and proposes to split the existing large plot in half to form a new detached dwelling to the east of the existing property. Our client came to us following an earlier refusal on the site and we are really pleased to have been able to achieve a positive result!

Planning Approval at Gomeldon by Barclay Phillips

We've had a great end to the week (and great start to the bank holiday weekend!) having gained planning approval for a new split level dwelling in Gomeldon. We have been working on proposals for the vacant site for several years so we are very happy to get this great approval on a tricky site! Check out our project page for more information on the project!

Pennyfarthing Site Visit by Barclay Phillips

We have several busy sites in the center of Salisbury and had opportunity last week to visit and see the progress being made. Pennyfarthing House in particular is coming along very well in its transformation from ex-council offices into premium apartments. Alongside the internal alterations, new windows have been installed, roof tiles cleaned and reused, and kitchens are being fitted in the top floor apartments. Keep an eye out for a before and after!
