We have been working with Bold Street Coffee for a while helping them plan out the full refurbishment of their original coffee shop. Alongside creating a larger interior on the entrance level, the new layout now enables the basement to be utilised as a space for additional seating, events, bar areas and a new working kitchen. Works are currently underway and we love seeing updates on their Instagram @boldstreetcoffee - we can’t wait to see it finished! Keep an eye out in the coming months for a finished photo update!
The scaffolding is finally down at Yacht Haven! We’ve had some photos through from our clients who are really pleased with how it’s turning out. Below is the CGI produced before the build next to the real thing - we don’t think it’s far off!
We’re off for a site visit later today so keep an eye out on the website for more photos coming soon!

Another successful end to the week with another planning approval! Clearbury View is located in the village of Redlynch, and proposes to split the existing large plot in half to form a new detached dwelling to the east of the existing property. Our client came to us following an earlier refusal on the site and we are really pleased to have been able to achieve a positive result!
We've had a great end to the week (and great start to the bank holiday weekend!) having gained planning approval for a new split level dwelling in Gomeldon. Check out our project page for more information on the project!
We have several busy sites in the center of Salisbury and had opportunity last week to visit and see the progress being made. Pennyfarthing House in particular is coming along very well in its transformation from ex-council offices into premium apartments. Alongside the internal alterations, new windows have been installed, roof tiles cleaned and reused, and kitchens are being fitted in the top floor apartments. Keep an eye out for a before and after!
