    As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various architectural projects. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, and other professionals to ensure successful project completion.

    responsibilities:

    - Develop architectural designs for new projects

    - Create detailed drawings using Revit and AutoCAD

    - Collaborate with clients to understand their project requirements and goals

    - Coordinate with engineers and contractors to ensure design feasibility and compliance with building regulations

    - Conduct site visits to assess project progress and resolve any design issues

    - Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively

    - Review and approve construction documents, including drawings and specifications

    - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and architectural assistants

    skills:

    - Proficient in AutoCAD, and knowledge of Revit is very desirable,

    - Strong knowledge of building regulations

    - Experience with project management and project running through out the RIBA work stages

    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

    - Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

    requirements:

    To be successful in this role, you should be registered with the ARB, and have relevant work experience as a Project Architect. You should also possess the following qualifications:

    - 5+ years experience post qualification

    - Proven experience managing multiple architectural projects simultaneously

    - Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and previous project work

    - A full driving licence & personal transport (office parking provided)

  • Barclay + Phillips Architects are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Structural Engineer with a good technical skill-set for a wide variety of project scales, job running experience and excellent organisational skills, to join our busy office located just outside Salisbury. This unique opportunity will move Barclay + Phillips to become a multidisciplinary practice and this role would be to provide in-house engineering support to our architecture team, as well as giving you opportunity to bring in and manage your own engineering projects.
