The Old Brewery, Salisbury

Our proposals for the conversion of a former brewery in Salisbury have been granted planning approval unanimously at committee. Working closely with our client Warick Developments and Savills over the last 18 months, we have gained over 80 local letters of support and have addressed all the comments from planners and councillors to create a scheme everyone is excited about.

The proposals will see the renovation of the grade 2* listed building into commercial units fronting onto Milford street. Within the courtyard there will be some conversion of existing buildings, demolition and new build to create 10 new apartments. All will be fully accessible and allow greater connection between the street and the heart of the site. The councillors praised the approach taken to give the dilapidated buildings a new life and the mix of old and new. We are pleased to have obtained the approval and are looking forward to delivering a high quality development in our local city.
