how we work

Unlike most architects, we work entirely in 3D, no matter how small or large your project is. Other architects work in 2D CAD + then create an extra 3D model for visualisation; this process is outdated, inefficient + requires them to do the work twice, costing you more money in the long run.
We use high-end modelling software (Autodesk Revit) that allows an effective 3D workflow. We don’t charge additional fees for this service because it's so efficient + often saves us time. We produce one model, which then allows us to automatically produce the 2D drawings.
Working entirely in 3D also helps to communicate efficiently, fundamentally resulting in a better design, quicker process + the resolution of details that would often be missed in 2D.
